Function of the Position
Provide general office and logistical support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as receptionist for conference center entrance.
- Maintain inventory of office furniture and act as liaison with the Department of Insurance.
- Act as agency contact with the Office of Fleet Management.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Represent agency at building meetings.
- Liaison with building maintenance.
- Act of safety coordinator.
- Perform agency errands for supplies and treasury.
- Submit requests for agency security badges, maintains access lists, and makes updates.
- Assist with office set-up and space assignment.
- Assist with conference room set up.
- Assist with office supplies.
- Perform other administrative support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Degree or three years’ relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
